Refund policy

Returns 
At Lilas we want you to be happy with your purchase so if anything is not quite as you'd hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.

All you have to do is:

-Email info@lilas.co.uk, telling us your name, order number and reason for return.

- We will respond to confirm your return and give you a Returns Authorisation Code to include in your package.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

 

Please Note:

SALE ITEMS OVER 50% OFF CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

- Items must be returned unworn and in good saleable condition.

- We recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery.

- Lilas does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

- Packages returned without a RAC number will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned.

- Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. 

- Lilas does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
